Warranty Policy

 

At IKS Seat Cover Comfort, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our comprehensive warranty policy to understand the coverage and the process for making a warranty claim. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. 

 

Warranty Coverage 

 

All IKS Seat Cover Comfort products come with a limited warranty that covers: 

  • Manufacturing Defects: Any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. 

  • Coverage Period: The warranty period is one (1) year from the date of purchase. 

 

What is Covered 

 

  • Defects in materials and craftsmanship. 

  • Issues arising under normal use and proper maintenance of the product. 

 

What is Not Covered 

 

The warranty does not cover: 

  • Damage caused by improper use, installation (excluding installation done at IKS Seat Cover Comfort), or maintenance. 

  • Normal wear and tear. 

  • Modifications or alterations without prior approval from our support team. 

  • Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, or neglect. 

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim 

 

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting photos or videos. 

  1. Receive Instructions: Our team will assess your claim and provide further instructions, which may include returning the defective product. 

  1. Evaluation and Resolution: Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will determine the validity of the claim. If approved, we will either repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion. 

 

Replacement and Repairs 

 

  • Repairs: If the product can be repaired, we will do so at no additional cost. 

  • Replacements: If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new item of the same model. 

  • Refunds: In certain cases, a refund may be issued if a replacement is unavailable. 

 

Shipping Costs 

 

  • IKS Seat Cover Comfort will cover the shipping costs for approved warranty claims. 

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning the item for evaluation. 

 

Usage Guidelines 

 

  1. Ensure the seat is thoroughly dry before applying our seat cover, avoid covering damp or moldy seats, as installing a seat cover under such conditions may exacerbate the situation. 

  1. For certain car models, the back of the seats may be obstructed by a back panel, requiring careful removal. Exercise caution and be attentive to wires during this process. When installing seat covers under power seats, particularly those with sharp mechanisms, handle with care.
